How the online reception works
The status shows whether the hotel reception is connected right now:
Online — reception is connected and sees bookings in real time.
Offline — connection temporarily lost, your request will be handled shortly.
Not connected — reception has not come online yet.
⚡ In real time. Your request appears at the reception instantly — no need to call to check availability.
💻 Web or local app. Reception works right in the browser or via a local app (agent) installed on the hotel computer. The agent keeps taking bookings even without internet and syncs them automatically once the connection is back.
🌐 Widget on the hotel’s site. The same online reception and availability are available on the hotel’s official website via an embedded booking widget — the request reaches the reception the same way.
📩 Instant alerts. For every new booking the hotel gets a notification in Telegram and by e-mail — nothing gets lost.
✅ How to book. Pick dates and a room → send the request → reception confirms → you get a confirmation.
