Two programmes for hotels and restaurants

Fiora Reception runs the hotel, Fiora POS runs the restaurant. Together
they work as one system: a guest charges lunch to their room and pays once at check-out.

Hotels and guest houses

Fiora Reception

  • Booking chart, front desk on the computer and on the phone
  • Online booking on the hotel page and a widget for your own site
  • Passport scanning by camera or MFP — fields fill in by themselves
  • Registering foreign guests with the migration service
  • Calls from rooms straight to the front desk via a QR code
  • Housekeeping, maintenance, receipt printing, financial reports
Restaurants, pubs, cafés

Fiora POS

  • QR menu on the tables: the guest orders from their own phone
  • Cash desk, kitchen screen, waiter workspace
  • Menu with photos, stop list, dish modifiers
  • Receipts on a thermal printer, shift and revenue reports
  • Guest reviews of the service and the food

They work together

This is why it is worth taking both. Neither a standalone QR menu nor
a standalone booking system offers this link.

1 · The guest checks in and gets a receipt with a personal QR code
2 · In the restaurant they open the menu with that code
3 · The order is charged to the room
4 · They pay once at check-out

Staff are shared too: the owner assigns the
manager, waiter, housekeeper and technician roles from one place instead of entering
people twice in two different programmes.

What both programmes have in common

They work without the internet

An agent runs on the computer at the venue and keeps its own database. If the
internet drops, bookings still open, guests still check in, orders are still taken
and receipts still print. When the connection returns, everything that piled up
goes to the server by itself.

Passports never leave the venue

Document scans are stored only on the hotel’s computer; only the first and last
name go to the server. A leak of one database does not turn into a leak of every
guest’s passport across the network.

A phone instead of equipment

The app replaces expensive devices: the phone camera reads passports, takes
calls from rooms and sends SMS. No separate scanner or terminal required.

Four languages

Azerbaijani, Russian, English and Turkish — for staff and for guests alike.
The guest sees the page in the language of their phone.

Alerts for the owner

New booking, cancellation, incident, daily report — all arrive in Telegram.
The owner does not have to sit in the dashboard to know what is going on.

Nothing for the guest to install

Neither booking nor ordering needs an app: the guest simply opens a page on
their phone. The app is only for staff.

Fits the small and the large alike

A guest house or a café

You can start from a phone with no investment: no server, no cash equipment.
The owner is their own receptionist and manager — the system does not demand an
extra person. You pay only for what you use: features are switched on one by one.

A hotel with a hundred rooms

Several front-desk workstations, each employee with their own access key — when
someone leaves, that key is revoked and the rest keep working. Rights by role,
reports on money and occupancy, integration with sales channels, and your own
rates by season, weekend and occupancy.

A chain of venues

One owner, several hotels and restaurants, switching between them in a click.
Shared staff, shared reports, one loyalty programme for guests.

How to start

Leave a request — we will show the system
on your own venue and help move your data across. The trial period is free.
